Scale Service & Supply Co., Inc. is a family owned and operated business that began in April 1987. Charles B. Twiss, owner and president began this company with 20 years of previous scale experience. His main objective has and always will be to offer quality products and service.
The manufacturers represented by Scale Service & Supply meet these high standards and are continuously monitored by the company. Some of these vendors are Cardinal-Detecto, Emery Winslow, and Rice Lake. Our range of products are from lab balances - floor scales - forklift scales - truck scales - rail scales - batching systems and software for any weighing application.
Our home base is in Upstate New York near Albany; however our territory for service is throughout most of New York; and parts of Massachusetts, Vermont, and Connecticut. We provide a wide range of service from repairs to overhauls as well as calibrations and certifications with our certified weights, cart. and test truck. We are an ISO 17025 certified company meeting all the requirements these quality standards demand. Scale Service & Supply is fully equipped and capable of shipping product throughout the U.S. and world. We are ready and eager to meet your weighing application needs.
