Scale Service & Supply Co., Inc. is a family-owned and operated business established in April 1987. Founder, owner, and president Charles B. Twiss brought more than 20 years of prior experience in the scale industry when launching the company. From the beginning, his mission has remained the same: to provide high-quality products and dependable service.

Headquartered in the Albany, NY area, Scale Service & Supply provides service throughout most of New York, as well as parts of Massachusetts, Vermont, and Connecticut. Our services include repairs, overhauls, calibrations, and certifications using certified weights, carts, and test trucks.

As an ISO/IEC 17025-certified company, we calibrate all types of scales including lab balances, floor scales, counting scales, belt scales, truck scales and railroad track scales.  We meet rigorous quality standards across all aspects of our work.
